For regular products, MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design. For first‑time partners, we can reduce it to 600 pieces per design. For in‑stock items, MOQ can be as low as 100 pieces.

Sampling takes 1 to 7 days at most. Sample charges start from RMB 200 per design.

We follow a strict four‑step QC process: 1) Raw material inspection, 2) Automated production lines, 3) Enhanced production management, and 4) Standardized operating procedures.

We require a 30% deposit upon order placement, with the balance paid before delivery. We strongly recommend payment via Alipay or bank transfer.

After deposit and sample confirmation, regular orders usually take 30‑45 days.

In case of defective products or items not matching the order, we will issue a partial refund according to the agreed terms.

For Middle Eastern and African countries, we ship by sea.
